The Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce this week launched a new Web site, www.BeverlyHills-Chamber.com. The redesigned site offers a new look, more user-friendly site navigation, and integration with the chamber’s new membership database.
“The chamber constantly aims to innovate and identify ways to offer greater value to our membership and the Beverly Hills business community,” said CEO Dan Walsh. “The new site offers a fresh way for us to communicate to members and provide resources they need to succeed.
Walsh added that the Web site is part of the organization’s effort to modernize its technology. The chamber implemented a new membership database in October that integrates with the new site.
“The site’s database integration increases operational efficiency and members can now pay invoices through the site, update their account information online, and post event listings to the member events calendar,” Walsh said.
“The site increases our ability to include more information, communication, and promotional opportunities,” said chamber VP Jennifer Corbo. “We want the site to be a hub for local businesses to return to for updated information about business happenings and issues in Beverly Hills and surrounding communities.”
Along with the new site, the chamber launched a new electronic newsletter with more advertising and sponsorship opportunities for its members. The chamber is offering reduced rates on all electronic advertising throughout December and plans to launch a job board where members can post job offerings by spring 2009.
