The Montage Beverly Hills To Debut In Golden Triangle Monday
The long-awaited debut of the first new luxury hotel to be built in the City in more than 16 years will occur on Monday (Nov. 17) with the public opening of Montage Beverly Hills.
Renowned hotelier and BH community leader Ali Kasikci will to head the operations of the 201 guest room property situated on North Canon Drive (just above Wilshire) in the City’s “golden triangle” as managing director.
“I am honored to be a steward of Montage Beverly Hills,” said Kasikci. “This is a community I treasure, and look forward with great joy to sharing the Montage brand of inspired hospitality in a host of highly personal culinary, spa and lifestyle experiences.”
Alan J. Fuerstman, founder/-CEO of Montage Hotels & Resorts, stated, “I am delighted this hotel will continue our distinctive brand of hospitality for the affluent traveler.
“Montage Beverly Hills will stand as a dynamic tribute to our associates’ ability to deliver impeccable service with grace and style.”
Just steps from the City’s world-class shopping and dining area, its striking Spanish Colonial Revival design celebrates the rich past of Beverly Hills in sophisticated residential-style public spaces that are intimate in nature and grand in detail.
Artisans hand-crafted many of these details, including the hand-painted ceilings in the Marquesa ballroom and the library. A curator-assembled art collection showcases Hollywood’s golden age.
The hotel was designed by HKS Hill Glazier Studio and developed by The Athens Group.
The guest facilities include 55 suites, ranging from 500 to 5,000 square feet, and offer stunning views from expansive windows and private balconies.
Guest services include 24-hour check-in, complimentary John Lobb shoe shine, custom-designed suit hangers and Agraria’s golden pomegranate scented bath products, exclusive to the hotel.
In addition, suite guests enjoy complimentary Mercedes-Benz motorcars to use during their stay.
There are three restaurants under the direction of Executive Chef John Cuevas. The 88-seatParq serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in a casual environment with views of the hotel’s topiary gardens. It houses the Chef’s Table, an exclusive experience for 12 guests with menus personally created by Cuevas.
Open for dinner, the intimate 44-seat Muse highlights “urbane American cuisine,” featuring exotic seafood and prime meats. An adjacent private dining room features a table for 20 as well as an adjoining private balcony overlooking the Montage gardens.
Bordering the rooftop pool, The Conservatory Grill offers uninterrupted views and all-organic options for breakfast and lunch.
The intimate Lobby Lounge will serve traditional afternoon tea daily.
The hotel encompasses more than 9,000 square feet of private event and meeting space and a collection of retail boutiques.
