By Andrea Stern, Beverly Hills CourierWhen it comes to Oscar De La Renta’s fashion shows, they never disappoint. His spring 2011 line was also no exception.
His beautiful pastel dresses, bold black and white evening gowns, and printed frocks all exuded elegance and sophistication.
One of the trends the designer embraced in his collection that made some of the looks stand out from the others was his incorporation of crochet.
De La Renta implemented the art form into many pieces, showing how versatile crocheted garments can be especially during the warmer months.
From a long white dress to a colorful suit, the designer demonstrates the many creative ways one can wear crochet.
