More than 200 people were lining the doors throughout the day at Joseph Martin Hair & Beauty for the salon’s Locks of Love fundraiser on Wednesday. Forty stylists from the salon’s three locations (Rodeo and Canon drives and The Beverly Hills Hotel) volunteered their time to blow-dry and style hair for free, and apply a Kerastase treatment to the hair. All that was required of clients was that they make a donation to the Locks of Love non-profit organization, which provides hairpieces to financially disadvantaged suffering from long-term medical hair loss from any diagnosis.
