ASSAULT

Occurred about 9 p.m. on 4/12 in 100 block of N. La Cienega Blvd. Suspect: Male White, 27, 6'00', 160, blonde/strawberry hair and blue eyes–engaged in verbal argument which resulted in strangling victim twice and vandalizing the latter’s vehicle.

Occurred at 5:45 a.m. on 4/12 in 300 block of N. Palm Dr. Suspect: Male White, 29, 6'05', 200, brown hair and blue eyes–dating victim for nine months and currently living with her, became angry and choked the latter with his hands.

Occurred about 2 a.m. on 4/22 in 600 block of N. Doheny Dr. Suspect: Male Hispanic, 23, 5'09', 159, black hair and brown eyes–engaged in an argument and choked victim before driving away.

Occurred at 2 p.m. on 4/22 in the 200 block of Tower Dr.  Suspect:
Male White, 65, 6'01', 200, white hair–sprayed water on victim.

Occurred between 10 and 11 a.m. on 4/22 in 100 block of N. La Cienega Blvd. Suspect: 5'06', 130, gray hair and blue eyes– pulled victim’s hair while she was sitting at her desk.

Occurred about 3 p.m. on 4/25 in 8400 block of Gregory Way. Suspect: Male Hispanic,  27, 5'11', 180, black hair–grabbed victim’s hand, pushed and spit on him during argument over traffic matter.

Occurred at 2:15 on 4/29 in 200 block of Moreno Dr. Suspect: Female Black, 14, 4'11', 120, black hair and brown eyes–pushes victim in front of swim gym and tears the latter’s shirt over personal issues.

Occurred around 11:05 p.m. on 4/29 in 200 block of N. Crescent Dr.  (Suspect ex-husband of victim entered latter’s apartment and punched her in ther face causing injury.

Occurred at 4:11 p.m. on 4/30 near Alden Dr. and N. Palm Dr.
Suspect: Male White, 28, 6'01', 180, brown hair and blue eyes–hit victim on right shoulder.

Occurred about 4:40 p.m. on 5/1 in 400 block of N. Palm Dr. Suspect forcefully grabbed and pulled victim’s arm during argument causing visible injury.

Occurred about 11:45 a.m. on 4/23 in 300 block of N. Rodeo Dr.  Suspect: Male White, 48, 6'02', 200, black hair and brown eyes–struck victim with open hand in the back of victim’s head as he walked by at work.

Occurred at 3:05 p.m. on 5/5 near Civic Center Dr. and N. Foothill Rd. Suspect: Male Black, 39, 6'05', 260, black hair and brown eyes–bumped victim with his body, kicked and slapped him.

Occurred between noon and 12:30 p.m. on 5/5 in 200 block of S. Elm Dr. Suspect: Male White, 43, 5'09', 160, brown hair and eyes–engaged victim in talk about children and finances, began to yell at her and choked with both hands.

Occurred around 9 p.m. on 5/8 in 200 block of Tower Rd. Suspect: Male White, 23, 5'08', 150, brown hair and blue eyes–struck victim multiple times on arms and slapped the latter’s face with open hand.

IDENTITY THEFT

Occurred between 4/8 and 4/11 in 200 block of N. La Peer Dr. Unknown suspect used victim’s bank account to make unauthorized purchases.

Occurred in 1000 block of Shadow Hill Way. Suspect: Male Hispanic, 30, 5'08', 150, brown hair and eyes–removed two checks from victim’s checkbook, signed the latter’s name and deposited both checks to his name in the amount of $1,600.

Occurred netween 10/1/08 and 4/3 in 9600 block of S. Santa Monica Blvd.
Suspect: Male White, 35, 5'11', 180, brown hair and eyes–former business partner used victim’s business and personal information to open several credit card accounts.

Occurred between 8 a.m. on 2/1 and 4:42 p.m. on 4/22 in 300 block of S. Reeves Dr.  Unknown suspect obtained victim’s personal information, gained access to her checking account and took funds; also opened other checking and credit card accounts.

Occurred between 4/16 and 4/20 in the 300 block of S. Rodeo Dr. Unknown suspect used victim’s credit card to make several purchases.

Occurred at 9:30 a.m. on 5/3 in 5900 block of W. Pico Blvd. Suspect: Male Black, 30, 5'08', 215–identification theft from fast food restaurant.

Occurred on 10/1/07 in 300 block of N. Maple Dr. Unknown suspect usede victim’s personal information to open an account without authorization.

Occurred at 10 a.m. on 5/5  in 9500 block of Sunset Blvd. Unknown suspect accessed victim’s bank account and transferrred funds into an unknown account at another bank.

Occurred between 8 a.m. on  4/10 and midnight on 4/16 in 400 block of N. Rexford Dr. Unknown suspect used victim’s identification to open two accounts and transfer money.

Occurred between 1/1/07 and 12/31/08 in 300 block of S. Crescent Dr. Unknown suspect used victim’s identification to file fraudulent tax withholding statement to obtain medical services.

FORGERY

Occurred at noon on 2/27 in 400 block of N. Camden Dr. Unknown suspect called location and used different name to order forged, altered prescription.

Occurred at 3:23 p.m. on 3/17 in 8700 block of Wilshire Blvd. Suspect #1: Female Black, 22. Suspect #2: Female Black, 22–entered business and attempted to cash a fraudulent check on victim’s account.

Occurred about 3:20 p.m. on 3/17 in 8700 block of Wilshire Blvd. Suspect #1: Male Black, 22, 6'04', 213, black hair and brown eyes. Suspect #2: Male Black, 22, 5'09', 180, black hair and brown eyes–entered business and attempted to cash a fraudulent check.

Occurred about 5:15 p.m. on 3/17 in 9700 block of Wilshire Blvd. Unknown suspect approached a sales associate, signed for merchandise and took possession of it.

Occurred about 1:45 p.m. on 3/4 in 9100 block of Wilshire Blvd. Suspect: Male White, 38, 5'11', 195, blonde/strawberry hair and blue eyes–passed a fictictious, forged check under victim’s account.

Occurred at 9 a.m. on 4/29 in 9300 block of W. 3rd St. Unknown suspect enters band and attempts to cash fraudulent check.

Occurred at 8 a.m. on 4/27 in 300 block of S. McCarty Dr. Unknown suspect used victim’s personal information to open credit card account.

Occurred on 4/27 in 300 block of S. Roxbury Dr.  Suspect cashed a counterfeit check with victim’s personal information on it.

Occurred on 6/1/04 in 600 block of N. Maple Dr. Unknown suspect opened an account using victim’s personal information.

Occurred on 3/6 in 1000 block of N. Roxbury Dr. Unknown suspect used debit card to make unauthorized purchases on victim’s account.

Occurred on 4/27 in 200 block of S. Camden Dr. Suspect passed a counterfeit check with victim’s information on it.

Occurred between 8 a.m. on 4/18 and 5:30 p.m. on 4/21. Unknown suspect used victim’s information to open accounts and make ppurchases.

Occurred between 8:30 and 9:30 p.m. on 4/30 in 100 block of N. Maple Dr. Unknown suspect called victim claiming to be an American Express representative, using the ruse to obtain victim’s personal information.

Occurred between midnight on 4/27 and 3:45 p.m. on 5/1 in 900 block of N. Alpine Dr. Unknown suspects created two counterfeit checks in victim’s name, forgered the signature and deposited them in their accounts.  

Occurred on 3/30 in 100 block of S. Peck Dr. Unknown suspect made up counterfeit checks using victim’s identification, forged the latter’s signature and used them to pay for merchandise.
