Occurred about 4:20 p.m. on 5/20 in 500 block of N. Rexford Dr. Two Male White suspects began to walk behind victim, started a conversation and grabbed purse off her right shoulder, and ran to awaiting vehicle on Carmelita Ave. Loss $470

Occurred about 3 p.m. on 5/21 in 9800 block of Wilshire Blvd. Suspect: Female Black, 25, 5'03', 130, black hair and brown eyes—entered hotel room with permission then forcefully took victim’s property. Loss $620

Occurred at 6:30 a.m. on 5/21 in 100 block of N. Clark Dr. Suspect: Male Hispanic, 37, 5'10', 160, brown hair and eyes—stalks and lies in wait for victim who walks to bus stop, grabs and struggles with her over her purse injuring her arm but flees without the latter’s property.

ASSAULT

Occurred at 4:55 p.m. on 5/18 in 400 block of N. Bedford Dr. Suspect: Male Black, 30, 5'10', 160, black hair, brown eyes—punched victim in face with his fist.

Occurred at 3:45 p.m. on 5/20 near Gregory Way and S. Spalding Dr. Suspect: Male White, 18, 5'11', 125, black hair, brown eyes—engaged in verbal argument and hits victim with cricket mallet.

Occurred at 9:35 p.m. on 5/21 near N. San Vicente Blvd. and Wilshire Blvd. Suspect: Male White, 40, 5'10', 160, gray hair—stabbed victim in left buttock with syringe and threatened to kill him


FORGERY

Occurred on 9/13/08 in 9600 block of Brighton Way. Suspect: Female White, 37, 5'07', 145, brown hair, hazel eyes—forged victim’s signature on prescription form.

Occurred between midnight on 5/13 and 3:15 p.m. on 5/28 in 9400 block of Charleville Blvd. Suspect instructed victim to deposit a check and forward funds to Western Union but the latter found the check was a forgery.


IDENTITY THEFT

Occurred between midnight on 5/15 and 11:15 a.m. on 5/18 in 300 block of N. Crescent Dr. Unknown suspect used victim’s debit card number to make charges.

Occurred between 5 p.m. on 5/14 and 10:30 a.m. on 5/18 in 300 block of S. La Peer Dr. Unknown suspects obtained victim’s credit card information and made several fraudulent charges.

Occurred at 4:15 p.m. on 5/20 in 200 block of N. Crescent Dr. Unknown suspect used victim’s debit card to make purchases at several locations.

Occurred between 8 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. on 5/4 in 400 block of N. Palm Dr. Unknown suspect opened a store account using victim’s personal information and made several charges.

Occurred between 5/18 ande 5/19 in 9400 block of Wilshire Blvd. Unknown suspect phoned bank and provided victim’s personal information requesting balances, then faxed bank requesting wire transfer.

Occurred between midnight on 4/15 and 3:40 p.m. on 5/26 in 300 block of N. Foothill Rd. Unknown suspect used courtesy with victim’s credit card number.

Occurred between 11/12/08 and 4/24 in 200 block of N. Wetherly Dr. Unknown suspect used victim’s bank account and routing number to make unauthorized charges.

Occurred between 7 p.m. on 5/20 and 11:20 a.m. on 5/27 in 1200 block of Coldwater Canyon Dr. Unknown suspect used victim’s personal information to purchase items.

Occurred at 1:11 p.m. on 4/16 in 100 block of N. Oakhurst Dr. Unknown suspect used victim’s personal identification on a traffic citation.

Occurred between 5:28 p.m. on 5/21 and 11:04 p.m. on 5/26 in 600 block of N. Maple Dr. Unknown suspect used victim’s personal information to make charges and attempted to open other accounts.

Occurred between 5/8 and 5/29 in 200 block of S. Lasky Dr. Unknown suspect used victim’s used victim’s personal information to gain access to her bank account, transfer money between accounts and then withdraw funds from various locations.

Occurred between 5/13 ands 5/14 in 100 block of N. Hamilton Dr. Used victim’s personal information to open credit card account.
