The Beverly Hills AYSO Girls Under 12 Stray played the Santa Clarita Soccer Showdown finishing second in their pool and third place overall with a record of three wins and only one loss. Shirley Jones will be honored by Palm Springs Women in Film and Television.
The Horace Mann Elementary Student Council designated Wednesday as Horace Mann V.I.P. Day. Students went to school wearing V.I.P. outfits and the entire elementary staff surprised Principal Steve Kessler by dressing up like him complete with fake moustaches.
