While most of the community’s attention has been directed toward the girls’ basketball team’s playoff games, the BHHS baseball team began its season earlier this month with three wins in the Arcadia Elks Club’s tournament.
The Normans’ season officially began with a 10-5 win over El Monte, followed by a 5-4 loss to Alhambra. Beverly Hills rebounded with two straight wins over Hoover (7-3) and Temple City (9-7).
