The Beverly Hills Tennis Open team and Beverly Hills Tennis Satellite team both came in first place at the Westside Tennis League Championship at Brentwood Country Club last Sunday. Beverly Hills Team Tennis is held at La Cienega Park, and open to ages 8-18. The season will start again in September. For more information call 310-652-7555. The Horace Mann Elementary Student Council designated Wednesday as Horace Mann V.I.P. Day. Students went to school wearing V.I.P. outfits and the entire elementary staff surprised Principal Steve Kessler by dressing up like him complete with fake moustaches.
